Pros

I really loved working with the lovely team, benefits were good until they reduced the amounts and changed the KPI system.

Cons

It's no surprise when it comes to startups that sales processes are not built up very well, but when they started to hire new team members, basically they gave us big fat lies about the KPIs and how easy to achieve the numbers and how much you can earn by collecting the amount that was expected from us. After a while almost every week there was a change in our processes, like doing calls, that was never required before from us - when they hired me, the HR especially highlighted that you do not need to do calls. Mainwhile this changed and we accepted our faith, but then they didn't give us the right tool to call nor a business phone. They also changed the KPIs in the maintime and they wanted to feed with us that we can earn more and we can easily turn into seniors, which was not true at all. They also expected from us to do our work as before after they fired more than half of the team. Overall they wanted to solve everything with micro-management. Although we had meetings where we had recurring problems raised by us and we had solutions for it, it never been heard, or if it was, they used different methods for it (but those never solved the real issues). They also hired new managers, some were okay, but some totally disappeared and they never even really introduced themselves for us, even though they visited the office. I never even heard any advice from them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I appreciate your feedback and want to address some of the points you raised. As for the expectations of the SDR role, it is true that outreach can involve cold calls, in addition to messages. While circumstances can change, the fundamental requirements of the role do not. Regarding the tools provided to employees, while a physical phone was not necessary, the company did provide software for the employees' MacBook, which could be used for calling. I understand that there were changes in the processes and KPIs, and I apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. We are always looking to improve and are open to feedback, especially if it includes tangible advice. Finally, your advice to align marketing and sales teams and to listen to the voices of employees is duly noted. We will strive to improve in these areas. If you were recently made redundant and you feel it's unfair, please message me directly: tomkadar@seon.io, and we will do our best to support you further. Thank you again for your feedback, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Tamas Kadar - CEO and Co-Founder of SEON

Pros

This company is its flexible work environment. The company trusts its employees to manage their own schedules and work productively from wherever they are.

Cons

This flexibility comes with the expectation that employees are proactive and self-motivated. If you're not willing to put in the effort, you won't last long at this company.

Pros

The company is the lack of bureaucracy. It allows employees to focus on their work and be more productive without getting bogged down in red tape.

Cons

The company is very focused on KPIs and deliverables, which can create a high-pressure work environment. Some employees may feel like they are constantly under the microscope and not given enough time to work on longer-term projects.
