      Well, if you are lucky you can get into a team that is consist of nice guys who can work in a team and handle full chaos coming from "business".

      Cons

      So much to say... I have never experienced such a destructive working environment before. Undefined but infinity amount of expectations, business requirements changing in every hour defined by product owners who have no idea about how the product works, no communication between org layers which is actually a pro because most of the business representatives are complete incompetents so it is better not to communicate with them..., arrogant and opinionated owners who really believed they are the kings of the world and treat you like that, absolutely no appreciation for your hard work and so on, I could keep writing this section for days.

      Pros

      The office is easy to reach by public transport.

      Cons

      You will have everything that you would hate in a big company, but nothing that you would like at a startup. For example legacy code, spaghetti architecture, home office not really approved even in covid.

Hence we are grateful to hear your points. SEON has transformed from 20 people operation to 300 in the last 2.5 years, therefore we have indeed became a larger enterprise and less like a scrappy startup. Although we strive to maintain a high standard of our code-base and architecture, there is always room for improvement, just like at any other company.       Possibilities to learn from your skilled colleagues, work from anywhere you want, office supply

      Cons

      Not clear communication from management with questionable workethics -the entire HR is a joke together with the new US leads- It seems a sad new standard how people can be leads after 5 mins
