Our leadership takes all feedback very seriously and act upon on them. We are thankful for your remarks, so we can build a better organisation.
Since the pandemic, we have implemented yearly 2x fixed raise schema (January and July), and re-structured the bonus schema for non-commercial teammates into more frequent and higher level of raises based on the feedback we've received. We aim to pay over market standard to make sure our teams remain high performers.
Unfortunately the company had to pivot from reward trips given the lockdown situation, and the whole company-wide ESOP / stock options were rolled out in 2022, as we have promised. At the moment all of our teammates are shareholders.
