Pros

I liked my co-workers and those who cared about our clients.

Cons

On-call 24/7. Upper management seemed to not care about staff safety.

Most of the clients are great

Cons

No overtime, horrible work hours and no support from upper levels. Lots of cooking and cleaning for the house

The only pro is helping the clients.

Cons

The workplace culture is toxic and hostile. Most coworkers are there just for the paycheck and do the bare minimum or less. Some are allowed to break the rules and mistreat the clients. Management is not supportive. They take too long to respond to problems, and ignore them if they can get away with it. They condone gossip and bullying. Some talk badly about staff behind their backs. Compliance/HR is not on your side and will interrogate employees over trivial complaints.
