Pros

great learning experience. There is a measure of job satisfaction from the assistance given to clients.

Cons

Management constantly worked counter to staff. Very little clear definition of duties, much left to in-house politics.

Pros

The consumers were great in assisting them to reach their goals. The opportunity for retirement savings was good.

Cons

The supervision was horrible and inconsistent when it occurred. The time off during the end of the year was not spelled out clearly and was given out unfairly. Higher management was not supportive of middle management. The HR department appeared to treat all staff the same but that was not the case. Lower level staff and minority staff were treated differently from non-minority and higher level and management staff.
