Interesting work, old school management

Pros

Interesting areas of work. Smart people. Good benefits. Salary is not great but fair and you work for every bit of it.

Cons

Ancient management. Don't question status quo or authority. Management thinks that it always knows best in making decisions for you. Poor communications for a communications company. The world revolves around the Luxembourg facility. No room for advancement.

Very employee friendly atmosphere. In general, employees are intelligent, friendly and easy to work with. Management in the U.S. cares about employees.

Cons

Working in the U.S. is sometimes a challenge as many of the decisions are being made in Europe. However, you can make a difference if you try.
