Cons

Direct supervisors care and work hard to keep employed engaged and informed.

Cons

Chaos after the purchase of Intelsat. No clear criteria for understanding how decisions would be made around personnel cuts. To the average employee it appears that mid level management positions were given to less qualified folks because they were friends with Senior Leadership and not because of work experience.
