-You can coast while others do the work. -Pre covid, office time was filled with fun and just people hanging out. -Massage chairs and games available. -Management doesn't question poor performance.

Cons

-Pre Covid Lunch reduced to 3 times a week. -Company is withering away. -You overhear a lot of racism.
