-Super cool industry and interesting stuff we're doing - Good benefits - Great People to work with - Great "extracurricular" programs such as ERGs, philanthropy, sports groups

Cons

- slow career growth, lower pay compared to other companies - Post acquisition leadership within my department is utter chaos and lacks empathy, good communication, and seems to be making decisions based on what's fast and cut costs without doing due diligence on long term impact
