Unlimited work from home, nobody cares if you show up or not Nobody works 8 hours and usually people stick 4-6 hrs max
Cons
Salary is probably lowest in the industry so is the appraisal (1-4%) 95% of the time, you will not get your bonus coz SG is always in loss and you will be told that you are lucky to have a job atleast Lay off all the time, even if you are top performer, you will eventually come in the way of somebody's bonus and profit from and you will be laid off Most work is now being done in India as company wants to save money by hiring cheap labor Working along with least smartest people in the industry including management who portray no conifdence in their body language and poorly dressed most of the time. Horrible work culture and atmosphere, No corporate parties or functions and trips... Every week one employee gets opportunity to host FIKA and bring food for everyone to keep everyone motivated coz management cannot afford spending on it's employees
