Hard to advance in your career, even if you ask for years. You have to take initiative upon yourself to even be considered, and even then its unlikely you can get promoted unless someone leaves and they try to roll their role into yours. HR is disconnected and doesn't show they care about employees. Upper management appears to be changing for the better, but it seems like it's going to keep getting worse before it gets better. Morale in the office is pretty mixed. Lots of people are happy because its easy going, but also don't have the passion or drive because of all the organizational change in the past two years. Management tries to be transparent, but need to stop beating around the bush and tell people before organizational change happens. Corporate acquires companies left and right but still can't pay out bonuses every year...
