      Good pay for a graduate. Great benefits and holidays

      Cons

      Poor management from middle management with little to no training. Senior managers are obviously adept managers. No pay review after a year, and chastised for asking for one.

      Good place to learn Technology Sales

      Pros

      Lots of Vendors to sell to customers, lots of learning on different technologies. So you can get trained and certified based on what your future interests are. Base pay is average but high commissions can make up the gap.

      Cons

      High Internal competition. Salaries need to be increased to keep up with market realities.
