      Great company, horrible leadership

      Good documentation and tools Great salary and benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management culture and a focus on KPI's for the sake of KPI's Sales reps consistently cheat their metrics and leadership looks the other way Not all metrics are evenly enforced across the teams, so not everyone is being held to the same standard, despite what their KPIs and Scorecard show.
