Pros

nice coworkers that were easy to get along with

Cons

$50k base salary for an "Enterprise" sales role, with no direction, resources to utilize, or support from anyone internally. For being such a large organization, I was astounded by the complete lack of resources or experts when it came to any technical subject or product set. Before taking this job, please ask current team members how many of their peers are hitting quota. Better yet, ask them how many teammates have left within the last year. The average tenure of reps at SHI is ~7 months, and for good reason. Favoritism abounds when it comes to accounts given to new reps, and maybe 10% of reps hit the quota, and that would be generous. Regardless of their size in the reseller space, this is not a place to try to make a career out of. Unless you have exhausted all other options, keep looking.
