Pros

Cons

If you’re considering a role at SHI, it’s important to be aware of several recurring issues. This is a very toxic work environment, where stress, favoritism, and internal conflict are common. Instead of fostering collaboration and support, the atmosphere often feels discouraging and emotionally draining. A major contributor to this problem is that management is not well trained. Leadership frequently lack the skills needed to lead effectively, provide guidance, or handle challenges professionally. decisions are made without proper understanding or communication. There is also a noticeable lack of support, both from leadership and from the organization as a whole. Employees are often left to navigate complex tasks alone, with little mentorship or resources. This can make even simple responsibilities feel overwhelming and unmanageable. Finally, the pay is disproportionately low compared to the workload. Employees feel overworked and undervalued, as the compensation does not reflect the volume, difficulty, or intensity of the tasks they are expected to handle. Combined with the other issues, this makes it difficult to maintain long-term motivation or job satisfaction.
