      Slightly better pay than McDonald’s

      Regular threats made by management, lying and favoritism is commonplace. Department heads and many employees don’t receive proper training to do their job correctly. Education is very rarely offered and you will jump through a dozen hoops and months of following up to just get rejected. Layoffs are also taking place after steady growth every quarter. Management, execs, and all types of employees have no idea what they’re doing. SHI and other sub companies like Stratascale regularly scam clients into contracts that can’t be delivered on time, performed correctly for the client, or will simply be a mess and were going above and beyond for clients while losing money. Employees are regularly hunted and under an observant eye.
