Pros

-great place to start, they'll hire anyone to start out -co-workers were nice, outgoing, social people -easy to get promoted within the company from different departments

Cons

-the company (at least sales) would re-structure themselves every other year, not always for the better -managers were simply former salespeople with no real relevant managerial experience or training -sales support/pre-sales were paid well below industry standard

Pros

There are some bright minds. Making attempts to modernize code standards and practices. Good place to get solid project work at scale.

Cons

If you are the type of engineer that wants to raise the bar and improve code quality or care about anything of that nature go somewhere else. You won't be rewarded for being a good engineer in fact you will probably be punished if you try to do anything outside of the assembly line they put you on. You will be told to raise concerns and try to improve the team, but most of your colleagues are lazy or just flat-out poor engineers and will actively fight against you for doing so. If you don't fit in, plan on being bullied and harassed until you get fired or quit. I've never seen more seniors engineers who refuse to improve despite being given resources to do so, don't plan on being mentored either. Be very weary of the 10+ tenured employees, they're stuck there for a reason.
