Good starter job

Pros

It’s a good starter job to just say you have some experience. Its a good job to go to if you’re new to texas, you’ll make friends easily.

Cons

All upline management has no idea what they’re doing. Being a woman, you would think the CEO would encourage a healthy work life balance for new parents. Especially since she wants us to preach about how it’s a female founded company, but it’s the complete opposite. You are a number and a cog in a machine and if you aren’t hitting that number, you are nothing to them. Good luck!

Underpaid, terrible management

Pros

Easy to get some job experience to move on somewhere else

Cons

Not competitive salary, consistently setting sellers up for failure but raising expectations, not enough technical resources (they get paid terribly too), management picking favorites, constant pointless internal org changes, constant turnover of sellers and technical resources due to above issues leading to bad customer relationships and more pressure on sellers

Pros

steady job easy and consistent work Overtime hours are sometimes available

Cons

-Dirt low pay -No work-life balance -Cameras and time clocks tracking your every step (and yes, one manager seems to have nothing better to do then watch the cameras all day) -Company-wide mandatory 12-months in a position before transition/promotion. Even in cases where you might be over qualified and the position has no other candidates (except for certain employees in management who seem to be promotoed every 3 months..) -No flexibility on work hours -Mandatory un-paid 1 hour break every day. No option to skip. -NO TRAINING, and a "you break it you buy it" policy which comes into effect .. often.
