Pros

They pay your parking fee

Cons

No sick pay, maternity pay, toxic culture of bullying, poor management. Punished for sharing your ideas if they're not the same as management's ideas. Management have pet favourite people that can get away with what they want. Unempathetic and unresponsive to people's needs. People have been told no if they need to work remotely due to medical reasons, surgery etc and you are expected to live off of SSP.

Pros

1. Learning and development is fantastic!

Cons

1. They do not work in hand with key partners in the IT channel. This makes development difficult wh²en you are viewed as a small reseller. 2. The learning and development is too much. First year is nothing but learning. As a salesman I took the role to make money and learn. They told me no one makes money their first year. 3. 3 sales mangers left the role in 3 years 4. High turnover, 150% last year. 26 reps left while only 15 were hired. 5. 3 months in a row payroll got multiple reps pay incorrect with little help as the section is in the US. 6. Random 1% hit on all Gross Margin was which is not mentioned when they hire. 7. Sales reps salary £19-25k. 8. SHI boosts their US presence which is large but they are extremely small in the IT channel...

Pros

Flexibility and earning potential and the opportunity to develop a roster of clients in a local market. Long leash, and the autonomy to succeed. Transparent quotas, and the ability to be setup for long term success.

Cons

Market is saturated, and there is loads of rep turnover. Go to market strategy is simplistic, and does not resonate with customers. Too much emphasis on metrics versus actual selling. Very young and green leadership team, with not a lot of selling experience.
