Available contract positions aren’t always where you already are...but that goes for all contracting jobs.

-Everyone in the company is very easy to talk to and work with -Great benefits -Utilize employee recommendations for hiring -Offer bonuses to employees who help fill open positions -Employee bonuses for recognized hard work

Cons

-The majority of the positions are currently on the East Coast. So if you are looking for West Coast job those are tough (not impossible) to find.
