Flexible schedule. That is literally the only pro.

Cons

Incompetent leadership and employees in their HQ office. Has a lot of potential but they can't take care of their employees.

I have worked for SHINE Systems for more than 6.5 years, and I have had an outstanding and positive experience. I have had offers from other companies, however I have chosen to stay with SHINE for the following reasons: SHINE identifies its top performers and compensates them appropriately. I have always had good program managers while working here. As a military reservist, SHINE has been supportive of the time away from my job while performing my military duty. The little things that the President of the company does for his employees really shows that he values them.

Cons

I work at a remote customer site, so it can be difficult to attend annual holiday gatherings or retreats that the company hosts.

Company doesn’t listen to employees issues. Employees feel like they are numbers and employees. Never meet company leadership and some important management.
