Pros

very little - they wow you with their robust benefits and claims of progressive workplace - it's all a myth - smoke and mirrors

Cons

culture, leadership, cross departmental collaboration, trust, psychological safety, bullying, cliques... it is literally the antithesis of it's mission and vision and pre-ported purpose. Executive leadership is where it starts and bleeds down leaving a trail of bodies...

Pros

Some of the kindest, brightest folks I have ever met were my coworkers. There is a lot of talent in this group. Too bad everything is micromanaged that it can't be utilized.

Cons

The C-Suite and Marketing teams are TOXIC. They will micromanage, gaslight you and take away any sort of semblance of work-life balance. Before I was let go, my meeting with my boss earlier that week I was told that "things were going well." Everyone in this department works their tail off and works late on the regular, only to be shamed and yelled at. Oh, and be prepared to be gaslit and have the entire blame put on you for two other departments falling short. And be ready for constant restructures like 5 times a year, and then you get criticized for not being "flexible." If you don't kiss the ground JCT (the pompous and egotistical CEO) walks on, be prepared to be shown the door.

Corrupt Organization

Pros

Salary, location, and the employees who have not compromised their values.

Cons

This place is disgusting. Corruption starting at the CEO and leadership levels of the organization. As the organization who is meant to represent HR professionals, it is appalling the business practices they have in place. They lay off employees due to "budget cuts" while continuing to mass hire. This is an organization where they value employees who have no morals or work ethics. I wouldn't recommend this place for my worst enemy.
