Live examples in Lebanon office because the MENA region president Hani Al Assad is Lebanese... This unfair and discriminatory move drove people in other countries within the same geo region to protest. > Promotion is based on "personal" friendship not on work progress and development > company wide major restructuring is done every 2 years which has big impact on employees work performance > some senior managers have no clue of what's going on and how to vision the future or run teams
