      Pros

      High levels of managerial trust and greater autonomy in the working environment for those who are self determined and careful while driving change. The company has many deeply experienced professionals to consult as SMEs. No shortage of in house expertise!

      Cons

      It can sometimes be difficult to get through multiple committees and layers of approval. If aggressive time to market is required to stay ahead of competitors, it can sometimes require a very determined effort to get that green light to proceed.

      Worked with some great and friendly people in the team, benefits were not bad.

      Cons

      High staff turnover especially in senior management. Pay is not in line with the market rate.
