      Changes will be good down the road.

      Going to be a very difficult place to work and moral is down until changes are completed.

      Small, no management.

      No weekend work, a lot of parties and free food.

      Cons

      No pay raises, ever. Never had a performance review by manager the entire time I was there. No bonuses. Bonuses went to owners in the form of new BMWs. tax write off as company car but was used personally.
