Pros
Some of the employees were really great people. Benefits (health, 401k, etc.) were good. Too much junk food.
Cons
No HR department. Disorganized management that is constantly flip-flopping on issues. Managers that don't know how to manage and treat people terribly by yelling at them, embarrassing them in public, etc. Managers that don't understand your job- just someone plopped in from Korea with no experience in your field. Only Koreans are promoted/recognized. Organization is very racist and sexist. Policy overkill- they are hard to follow, constantly changing, some are unnecessary and don't make sense for the organization. Top performers are burdened with all the work, including debugging the work of the mass of Korean engineers who mostly don't pull their own weight. Lot's of useless coders here. Leadership's attitude that you are lucky to work there, and therefore you should put up with whatever ridiculous tasks they assign you, and the endless hours they want you to work. They will also treat you like an ungrateful employee unworthy of their benefits no matter how hard you work. Accounting department is a worthless mess - expense reports will take over 2 months to be paid. Korea controls everything, and has implemented ridiculous demands/policies that are shortly replaced with even more ludicrous ideas. Just when you think it can't get any worse, somehow it always does.
