Free lunch and dinner, high salary and bonus for senior title engineer, very good insurance coverage that very few other company can beat

Cons

1: Management is very unreasonable 2: No methodology, and very confusing work flow 3: Young HR is super arrogant and unprofessional (Including leaking privacy)

Many executives management/CEO are biased to their flavor. I believe they are as bad as Joffrey in Game of Throne. Not equal opportunity given to all engineers. Wrong place for engineers who wants to grow up.
