Pros

Structured learning and mentorship. Responsibility given to employees very early in career (2-3yrs). Pay is good compared to peers. Discounted stock program is good.

Cons

After GFE career progression becomes very subjective and uncoordinated. A lot of organizational changes in short time periods. No retention plan for H1B employees after six years. HR is very removed from employees.
