The company seems to care about their employees. The work is challenging and rewarding. The management is approachable. They provide some pretty good training and the company always wants to keep you learning and encourages self-development.

Cons

The industry is suffering as a whole and the number of layoffs that have happened in the past few years have brought the morale of the employees down.

Uncoordinated and scattered business strategies... reorganizations happening far too often but never seem to get the inner workings properly coordinated. Management is internally brewed, fostering a "we're the best" attitude that is all too often unjustified.
