Pros
It's a job with income. Helping children and their families. Generally, you get a raise or a review for a raise once a year.
Cons
Management is horrible. This company just cares about making money. Not a place for a long term career. The supervisors are not supportive and don't return calls or texts quickly. The owners are cheap and greedy. Unnecessary long meetings for minimum wage. I suggest you look elsewhere.
