OneTeam is misleading at best

Pros

The work itself was great. No two days are the same. Most people are great to work with. Great company culture, at least on paper. Company encourages work/life balance.

Cons

OneTeam is not true. You are nothing more than a billing rate and your managers will step on you to get ahead. HR is incompetent and petty.

Pros

They are focused on both the physical and mental health of employees. Very collaborative and supportive environment. New ideas are welcomed, and changes put in place to address them. Honestly one of the best places I have ever worked.

Cons

I suppose they could offer a bit more vacation. Currently 15 days to start but that increases to 20 after 5 years. Still great!
