Long term hiring, staff tends to stay: not much turnover. Flexible hours, schedule, working choices (remote or onsite) Good benefits, salary is median. Not much micro-managing. Very inclusive, welcoming culture

Cons

There are few to non-existent bonuses. Company directed from UK instead of locally. Rapid growth. acquisitions can be exhausting
