Lack of strategic leadership, particularly in the US. Exec leaders function more like middle management, tracking and reporting individual metrics, but with no cohesive vision or strategy for the company. Support services in the US (HR, finance,) etc are poorly functioning or missing.

Your direct supervisor will likely care about you as a person. Work-life separation is/can be really good.

Cons

Hard emphasis on remaining billable, Inconsistency in rules or team structure between different teams. VERY corporate on the national and international levels, lots of talk with little to no meaningful action. Pay for entry-mid level positions are below industry standards. Largely act as though the company is still a small-moderate sized consulting firm, when they aren't.
