SM&A provides opportunities to expand your knowledge and provide variety. They will seek out opportunities to allow you to apply your skill set in new industries like IT or different branches of the military.

Cons

Sometimes communication is not as strong as it could be. Changes may not be communicated until they are implemented, making it difficult for an associate to adjust.

They've assembled some of the very best people in the field to attack any assignment they're sent to.

Cons

Their management has decayed and is now just playing stupid corporate games at the expense of their people.
