*office culture is great as the employees are friendly and fun. *Hard to get fired if youre in the office *Decent Health insurance

*HR, and let me reiterate, HR. Awful. The way they handle raises and promotion pay is absolutely awful. HR will take 6 months just to hire you even if you've been offered the job. *Pay is mid, again comes from their HR department. The way they decide how much to pay you is based on some "sophisticated" systems. Getting hired in is fine, but they will completely screw you over in your promotion compensation, giving you the absolute bare minimum they can.

Pros

Great benefits including days off, floating holiday for birthday, insurance, and all that jazz. Outside sales comes with new laptop, car, phone, credit card and lots of merch. Car fuel and maintenance is all covered. Personal use is also covered upto a significant amount (maybe in the 10k to 15k range per year) Work life balance is pretty chill in the good years. Pretty good chance to have a boss who will actually care for your growth.

Cons

During bad years, they are on your every move. Always on and on about being out of the office, in front of a customer, why sales are down, wtc.
