-Hired on in a junior role but no separation of duties from sys admins or other net admins and still got junior pay for doing mid level work. - Pay for location wasn't great

We appreciate you taking the time to review SMS and are glad to hear you received some great hands-on training while at SMS. Working alongside our sys admins and network admins allow for greater training resulting in promotion from within when positions become vacant. While researching and benchmarking paid leave, majority of companies use PTO to allow employees a more flexible use of paid leave. We understand employees have various personal needs for time off and PTO allows the best accommodation for all employees overall. In addition to PTO, we also offer paid leave such as bereavement, military leave, jury duty, and more.
