Great pay, poor company culture and bad management

Pros

Pay is good and get a good work life balance.

Cons

Little to no career advancement, management does not care for it's employees, medical benefits are abysmal, leadership is a joke. They don't care about people, only that bodies fill positions, very high turnover. Management is mostly unaware of what employees do. Only time you talk to leadership is if there is a complaint. Going above and beyond is not appreciated , it is rather expected. Don't expect acknowledgement of any accomplishments with this company.

Pros

Good benefits and a positive, charismatic CEO with a progressive insight into the market.

Cons

Management in the departments is VERY POOR. They do not treat their employees with respect. They do not train, and if you think you can speak up for positive change- be careful. A lot of people unable to get the work done so it is CYA - throw someone under the bus- mistakes are treated like a reason for a nasty reprimand.

Superb benefits. Growing and interesting contracts to work on.

Cons

Leadership doesn't listen to staff. Focus on winning contracts, less on delivery. Lack established PM processes and methodoligies. Career opportunities only if you're one of the in crowd.
