SNA is extremely disorganized and dysfunctional.

Pros

The office had snacks. That’s basically it.

Cons

Toxic work environment, owner was an extreme micromanager who yelled and berated both employees and partners. Not a good place to work. High turnover rate for administrative type positions. I would not recommend this employer to anyone.

Interesting Work in a Smaller Office

Pros

- The work at SNA was very interesting and had an impact. Very customer focused. - Smaller office (~25 staff) meant I got to take on more responsibilities - Learned a lot while working there. Positioned me for good career advancement. - Very flexible hours and approachable management

Cons

- Location was more difficult to access without a car, though it is across the street from a bus stop and down the road from metro - Even though small, took longer to get interview and start than expected
