3yOur work is exciting, and we are fortunate to have great clients that were flexible during COVID so we could help support employees and their families during that difficult time. I agree that company growth creates additional career opportunities for employees. It is a corporate priority. 3yLaboratory personnel can often find it challenging to work remotely as many laboratory functions need to be performed within the four walls of the laboratory. We try to provide as much flexibility as possible without negatively impacting laboratory operations. Unfortunately, like with many Americans, inflation has impacted purchasing power, making it tough on families, especially in high-cost-of-living areas. Unfortunately, as a government contractor, there is no mechanism to create cost of living allowances that match inflation. That said, we are working with our clients and doing what we can to help.
