You'll meet some skilled and knowledgeable people

Cons

The culture here is absolutely messed up. People will call the safety department over to make you clean up their mistakes. People don't think and bark demands at the engineering department. No one has any accountability and upper management is clueless to what goes on. This place is toxic and I've seen many good, skilled workers be driven out.

Tons of turnover. Don't leave a job for SNF. Culture is very adversarial and there is a lot of distrust
