Decent wages for the Hinesville, Riceboro, and Brunswick areas Paid 1.5x base pay every minute over 8 hour shift Overtime available

Cons

Turnover Almost all of "management" have just a high school education or GED Little to no coaching, mentoring, and training Hierarchical line of progression / seniority Union is weak

They will hire any body, pay is decent

Cons

no payoff for hard work or good job performance so don't plan on moving up, promotions based off of seniority and nothing else, Union is a joke, Southern swing shift (6 1/2 days off in a 28 day rotation, constantly changing schedule, no clear goals.
