Pros
It's an easy job for relatively good pay.
Cons
The manager and supervisors are horrible. Supervisors don't really care about the work and simply follow instructions of the managers. The communication between them is non-existent. Constantly go back on their word or are hypocritical. They should ask their employee for constructive criticism and how they could improve the work area. They play favorites and rarely ever take the blame if something goes wrong. The job has a high turnover and that's probably one of the main reason. Theres no way to move up unless someone retires or leaves.
