Here's the deal, SNI has people come and interview from all over with different walks of life and unfortunately working in a city like DC there are a lot of politics and quite a few candidates who come and interview aren't going to work out in the this particular city, but if you do have the skills, experience, and work ethic that fits what they NEED to look for then you are a shoe in! They had me placed somewhere very quickly as a temp and then from there I had several interviews for full time positions and was selected for one! They prepped me for every interview and made me feel like they were my family and truly rooting for me. I loved that sense of security they gave me in knowing they were gonna find something for me one way or another and they truly meant it! I don't have my degree yet and I was worried that would impact my opportunity, but it didn't because they do a great job highlighting your talents and experience to their clients and getting them to see why they should hire you. They really truly want you to get a job (they benefit from that so why wouldn't they) but you HAVE to be worth their time, if you have no motivation or experience how are they going to "sell you",so to speak, to their clients? So really think about that when you read these other reviews! THEY WANT YOU TO SUCCEED, if you have what it takes! LOVE THEM!
