Pros

This is a company that truly places value on your job performance. Promotions and/or praise are not given based on company politics or how long you've been here... it's about your actual success! Their focus on performance helps me personally not get 'burnt-out' because my job constantly matters, there's no falling into a boring routine here. Also, the staffing industry is always changing so there is always a new challenge. I've been given a promotion just about every year I've been here, I've never worked harder or been happier.

Cons

Sometimes the stress can be a bit overwhelming. If you're not an ambitious self-starter, this company might not be for you. I personally love to be challenged, it's far more rewarding.

Pros

Lots of potential for growth. One of the best management teams I have ever had the pleasure of working with. SNI is like no other place I have ever worked. I would definitely recommend SNI to anyone looking for a great opportunity

Cons

There is nothing negative I can say about SNI. The environment is one of the best i have been in. The team at our Jax branch is more like family than just coworkers. If you can get your foot in the door this is a great place to be

Pros

I have worked in staffing for 8 years and have never worked for a company where I felt more appreciated, valued, and taken care of. When I need to take time off to take care of my kids or have a personal appointment or obligation, there's never a question of "if" I can. It's understood that family comes first and SNI comes second. That is a DEFINITE rarity in the "staffing world". We do have metrics to adhere to (which is standard in the industry) but unlike other places I've worked at, the metrics SNI gives me are attainable and my managers work with me to set a clear path to achieve those goals. This is not the case with a lot of other staffing companies I've worked with in the past. Work/life balance is a huge issue for someone in the staffing industry and a lot of recruiting firms expect the recruiters and/or sales people to work standard 12 and 13 hour work days, every day. At SNI they value my work/life balance and understand that I'm only going to be at my best if I get the rest I need or the time with my family I require. That is DEFINITELY not common among staffing companies. In general, being at SNI has made me realize that this is THE PLACE TO BE and, in my seasoned opinion, SNI is the best staffing company in Jacksonville.

Cons

I never want to go home!
