Very dynamic, very entreprenurial, wide-open, strong growth...like building a business within a business! Working with ALOT of hard-charging professionals who are ALL building businesses within a business.

Cons

Company working to catch-up with it's growth by formalizing it's Standard Operaing Procudeures, everyone working to get up to speed on the new Data Management System (Bullhorn), etc. Bullhorn is the "cadillac" system.

Pros

Working at SNI gives you the ability to learn from great sales professionals and grow in your career whether it be sales or a support role. The stuffy corporate atmosphere does not apply in our office and employees are driven to succeed with fun incentives like company wide contests and prizes. It is very competive and fast paced as is any sales environment, but that keeps us all on our toes and motivated. I have really enjoyed working for this company and would definitely consider it one of the better places to work.

Great environment where management gives you all the tools you need to succeed. Great coworkers, great pay. Never a dull moment, most days are great days.

Cons

This is a sales environment. If you're not into sales, this isn't the job for you. You are expected to do your job. If you're not making an honest effort, you probably won't have a job here.These aren't cons, but the most negative things I can think of.
