Pros

SNI Companies is a great place to work. In the staffing industry, turnover is pretty high because many companies just push and squeeze you until there is nothing left. SNI is more focused on taking care of their customers and candidates. They also understand we all have lives outside of the office.

Cons

None - really. The pace we move at isn't for everyone, but if you want to be successful in this industry, you need to know that coming in.

Can't think of one pro to working here.

Cons

They hired me as as Senior Sales person with many years in the industry. I was treated as an entry level person. I was yelled at for being 5 minutes past 8am, for taking a lunch and not making a 100 dials per day just willy nilly into companies. There is no thought behind the business. They are also about 20 years too late the Information Technology arena. I would advise to not work there, especially if you have a footprint in the staffing world. Your ideas will not be welcome, not matter how successful you have been.

Honestly the only "pro" I can think of is that it is near the metro.

Cons

The management is horrible. Once it changed from Friends and Co. the company changed a lot. It is a very stressful work environment. Before SNI took over, the staffing managers stayed there for years. Now there is constant turnover. There have been numberous branch managers of the last few years, but all have been fired. Some deserved it, in that they should have not been hired at all.
