More than meets the eyes

Pros

Startup type environment. Entry-level hiring.

Cons

It's been a Startup for more than 15 years, and needs to become a staffing agency/search firm. Training is a monthly phone call telling you to increase margins and call more clients.

Pros

- Flexible schedule - Fun work environment -very easy work Overall this place isn't bad to work at, they've been very accommodating when i needed to take a day off because of my sick kid or wedding planning.

Cons

-Low pay - Tedious data entry - Management plays favorites, isn't very professional at times. I find that management could be petty at times.. the turn over rate for this company is pretty high.

Lots of turnover

Pros

I really enjoyed the team with whom I worked, but not really relevant since no one is there anymore. I never saw anyone have to stay late so work life balance was decent.

Cons

I was there for over 2 years, at which time I was the most tenured employee when I left because of the high turnover they see. Although high turnover is pretty standard for the agency world, this was pretty constant. Additionally, people are promoted with very little experience and then expected to hire and train their employees while still producing. Lots of gray areas on ethical issues too.
