Just awful

Pros

If you are a yes man and just do exactly as management says they might let you stick around longer than the others.

Cons

No room for growth at all even if they tell you there is, zero structure among management and none of them are on the same page about how to run the business, treat everyone as if they are disposable, absolutely no work-life balance (even taking lunch breaks was frowned upon), and watch your back because everyone is just out for themselves there is no sense of team.

Awful Company to Work for! Dishonest and run by JAGALOON'S

Pros

You will be able to collect a check, while you look for something better.

Cons

Where do I began: One they have no real corporate structure, vision or operating principals. I worked with two JAGALOON'S that couldn't see past their own self absorbed egos. They all overreact to every situation, don't care about their people. They will out right LIE. They constantly boast and brag about what they have. I have witness them terminate people under 90days just to avoid payouts and benefits. AVOID THIS COMPANY IT ISN'T WORTH THE TROUBLE.

Pros

Fellow employees I had the pleasure to work with that were seasoned and assisted myself and others. Most were not in management positions, sadly.

Cons

Very long hours which allows for little quality of life and brings your income, hourly to poverty level. Managers hired to train employees brand new to the industry with no experience in the industry of staffing or recruiting, whatsoever. Everybody ends up putting accounts in there name and collect commissions after someone leaves which leads them to appear to be rated high and successful on the company matrix without doing the work. The owner has no idea of the reality of how his business is ran
