There are LITERALLY Zero Pros in this company or job.

Cons

No flexibility on your personal schedule. Micromanaged into the ground. Any idea you have to improve productivity is ignored and ultimately tossed aside. You WILL be held accountable for the mismanagement and underperformance of others before you’ve ever heard of this company or start working for this company.

Pros

Very strong infrastructure. Smart group of recruiters who work hard and collaboratively with one another. Internal communication is well above average. Good flexibility with much more latitude given as you prove yourself. Extremely well networked across the finance and accounting spaces. Sets recruiters up for success. One of the top firms in Dallas.

Cons

DFW office is very strong. Other offices are hit or miss.

Massive opportunity for anyone that understands the staffing industry. No drama, culture is great, come in do your job, friendly co-workers. Benefits are good, revamped from previous years. Leadership and C-level are all very supportive, caring and listen.

Cons

None- company was acquired in 2017, as with most acquisitions, some changes took place and previous staff left, more structure was put in place.
