Pros

I think it is very amusing that the "GREAT" comments are all by Directors/Managing Partners/Current Employees...and what do you know? They were ALL submitted on the SAME EXACT DAYS! February 15th 2013 and September 19th 2013...what a coincidence! The only pro was that I found this fact to be hilarious.

Cons

Managers talk behind your back to other employees Managers steal your commission A revolving door - it has NOTHING to do with being able to sell - I am currently in the same industry and have been doing very well for myself. It has EVERYTHING to with the ethical treatment of their employees.

Pros

The only pro is that if you are new to the industry you are thrown to the wolves with little to know training, it is a sink or swim opportunity. If this is the right career path for you then you will figure it out and be able to take that to another staffing firm that you will actually be able to succeed and make a lot of money!

Cons

There are honestly too many to list. A few of the glaring ones are upper management are essentially inept. They are living on outdated models chasing the players in the industry but don't realize or don't care that they are a joke. No one at other firms worries about SNI as competition. There is no training, and what they consider training is something they should be embarrassed about. And the commission structure is abysmal. I could go on and on but at this point enough time has been wasted on them. Just wanted to counter balance the fake reviews that they are putting on here constantly.

Pros

Good location from where I live

Cons

Disclaimer: this review is not to slam a company. I have never written a review but felt this was necessary. I hope it is useful information to improve. I have 12 years of Staffing Experiene and have worked for amazing companies and have very good tenure in all my roles and have been extremely successful, This company is hands down the oddest and most backwards company I have ever worked for. When other reviews say the training stinks, I can't even describe into words just how bad it is. And everyone knows that in Staffing, the training is the most crucial part of the job!! It baffled me the lack of training. The Leader that runs the territory I worked in is so far removed from any form of hands on Recrutimg or Selling and is just so far beyond being useful or helpful. Extremely inconsistent. And for some reason, they keep this Management style around instead of actually hiring someone who could as another reviewer said, "move the needle". There is cattiness and very cut throat people that work in this company and for some reason their actions are allowed and sometimes even deemed as, "game changers". So odd to me after working for way more successful companies that would never stand for this behavior. This is an extremely cheap company. Team building is a big NO NO and it's not something they see as important. Work life balance is non-existent. They claim to be family friendly but they are not. Actually the complete opposite. Dollar signs is all they care about and they aren't even a successful company. The commission structure is peanuts compared to many staffing firms in the area. Don't be fooled with reviews saying you can make tons of money. Just do the research and you will find that no one makes great money here. SNI is having a terrible run right now and the negative and honest reviews don't help. The positive reviews lately are likelu Management trying to balance out all the negative reviews. I was asked to write a positive review when I was there and I refused. I agree with the other reviews 100% that The top level executives are leading by Fear and my personal experience with Top Level Executives was downright appalling. I've never had anyone talk to me like that or others in my presence. I was embarrassed and humiliated for other people while they were being verbally abused by a Top Level Executive. HR is probably the biggest downfall of all. Terrible. So far removed from actually having any sort of idea how anything works in Staffing. Top Level Management has the HR department in their back pocket. It's unethical the way things go down with this company. This was a terrible experience for me and I am so glad I am no longer there. I was miserable from day one and so glad to be back with another great company and thriving again. HR, please don't respond. Your "template based" responses are not necessary.
